Democratic Penguin Rebels!

Hey there! I made a new army called DPR with the help of my friends, Ox485, Bluorang, and Bart1879! It is a small army right now coz' we just started it! But we will be a major army someday! Join here please and let's make of CP a better place! The DPR is a Democraticy of Rebel Penguins (Democratic Penguin Rebels) so our decitions are supported by the soldiers and penguins too!     Cool, I started a secret agency, but it is small also right now. It's starting to get bigger now. After we get more we will break off into different sections like an army and military and stuff but right now its just a secret agency.
